Estimated Delivery Dates

Please note that while USPS gives an estimated delivery date, it does not guarantee delivery dates on First Class and Priority Mail shipments. If you need something delivered by a specific dates, we highly recommend choosing FedEx Express Saver, 2Day, or Overnight.

Free Shipping Method (U.S. Only)

Orders that qualify for free shipping will ship via a method of our choosing depending on the size and weight of the shipment. Therefore, orders with free shipping may take a week or more to arrive. If you are in a hurry to receive your order, we recommend selecting a paid shipping method.

Shipping Delays

If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date shown on the tracking page, please the carrier a few more days before reporting it, as in most cases, it has just been delayed. If, after a week, it still has not arrived, please contact us for assistance.

Damaged Shipments

Please report damaged shipments within 3 days of delivery and we will do our best to make things right.

Return Policy

New, unused items in their original packaging (if applicable) may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for a return authorization. Please note that original and return shipping costs are not refundable.
